Successful student Noah has just weeks left of finishing his degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. Having always wanted to help others, he can't wait for his course to finish and jump right into his career.

One afternoon Noah finds himself in a life altering accident. He gets thrown into his chosen career path, but unfortunately on the other side of the table.
