Prologue

Violet has been living on her own and pursuing her dreams ever since she graduated high school. Five years later, she's still as alone as when she moved to the big city. At 22, she's sick of being lonely. After a long night of wishing and feeling sorry for herself, she's greeted by a very handsome, yet dark, man in the morning. It's Lucifer, King of Hell. They need each other to get what they want. Because of that, they have to go through the motions of life together. What is it that they want? What is their relationship going to be like before and after their wants are fulfilled?
