Almost a decade after the outbreak, communities have sprung up across the coast. Groups of people, striving to make a future for themselves and their children, band together to make a life that's more than just survival. But with the fall of the New Frontier, a new group emerges and threatens the peace of every community from Richmond to the coast. They are the Delta, and they will stop at nothing short of complete domination.
