Prologue

Skyla left home, to give birth away from the problems. But it seems those problems followed her, as a clingy man is trying to court her. But she doesn't want marriage with any man. All Skyla wants is to be left alone. Soon after someone familiar finds her. Alton figures out where she is, and things get serious.

Alton went home to problems and discovered that Skyla isn't there anymore. She went off with Kristy and Elvin. And he has done everything to track her down. Eventually, he went to the city and caught a familiar scent. Along with his friend, the boy he's responsible for, Alton must locate Skyla in the large, crowded city.

But they must get through a lot of problems.

Things are about to get serious.
