Original poems. The contents of this book is the intellectual property of my brain. Any similarity to the work of others is purely coincidental. Some of the poems may be similar in nature, due to the reoccurring theme of the book. This book includes subject matter that may be sensitive to some readers, such as depression and self-harm. Reader discretion is advised. Many (not all) of the poems in this book are inspired by my own personal struggle with mental health, both past struggles and current struggles. With writing as my outlet, I hope to help raise awareness on behalf of myself and others. I hope this book brings you comfort and joy in knowing you are not alone. I also hope this book will open people's eyes to the struggle of mental health. You may not like everything I write or say. But that is okay. Check back from time to time for new poems.
