Halo's - Taking Chances

Phoebe-Lou is your ordinary London teenager with a taste for action. Sent to a farm on a 'criminal correction' program she is faced with a bomb blast. She has no choice but to go on the run with her bestfriend Sam but they get separated. She is found by a secret organisation called HALO. They recruit her as a spy and it is her job to find the culprits of the bomb and stop them before they strike again. After all, who would suspect a child?
