Jonas Hull is one of USECs finest, being deployed in over seven countries, surviving everyone and bumping into a small fortune due to his payroll throughout.

In 2028, Jonas was put on payroll within the city of Tarkov by TerraGroup, acting with a security team for an offsite administrative section of the company. That was the day that Tarkov lost all logic, the serious turn of events resulting in the 'new' City of Tarkov. Once again, Jonas must make off into the city of Tarkov and survive until he can reach a solution to leave the hellhole that is Tarkov.
