Keith lies low as the super villain of the town, known for burning victims alive in their homes, his weapon of choice being a can of gasoline and a packet of matches.

Shiro lives bold as the millionaire secret hero of his town, fighting Keith without knowing that that's who's under the mask.

They fight for the opposite sides of an unspoken war but while Shiro's is clueless to his opponent, Keith is painfully aware of who Shiro is with and without his mask.
