Emily Brooks was sentenced to 200 hours community services for breaking into a jewelry store on a dare.

On her first day nothing could go wrong, until the storm that causes others around the city to have powers.

During her days at community services, she meets new people who end up being more then just friends, and she starts falling for wanna be sex God, Nathan.

How will Emily deal with the change of everything to hiding bodies to controlling her powers and to how not get caught.
