Goodbye

Goodbye is such a small word
A word that has many meanings
So much depth and despair

Goodbye can mean we'll meet again
Goodbye can mean that this is the end

Goodbye can take and goodbye can give

Goodbye can bring love

But goodbye can also bring death

Goodbye took them from us

This doesn't have to be a bad goodbye

There's always good somewhere in goodbye
