When Bucky gets enlisted into the military without Steve, he meets a young nurse who always seems disheveled and anxious. Despite this, she always tries to treat every patient with a smile and she does her best to be the brave person everyone expects her to be. Something about her is alluring to Bucky, though he can't put his finger on it. Could this be more to him than just a potential one night stand?
