Description
Erufu believes pokemon are dirty and weird; he'd much rather be in his room gaming or pondering life's tough questions. But with no where else to go and his mother's threats swirling alive in his head, he has no choice but to take on the grueling task of caring for a young, helpless bulbasaur. The world outside his room is overwhelming, and underlying Erufu's bitterness is something else-a sense of injustice. Whose great idea was it to turn pokemon into a sport, anyway? This story follows the adventures and trials of one boy's journey to become a pokemon trainer. As he faces the road's hardships he starts to learn a little about himself and his companions, too. It takes but a subtle change to morph his journey from nightmarish into something previously unimaginable. [NOTE: This is supposed to be an engaging and relatively light read for children and adults alike who are fans of the Pokemon universe. It will not always be true to canon. It is written purely for fun.]
