Lacey Lloyd has had a troubling past due to neglect, abuse, and bullying. Her self harm becomes much like an addiction and she is almost too good at covering up the bruises left from her father. She wants a chance at a new life which appears impossible until she meets a certain boy who may be able to give that to her.
