Your entire life has been spent in a experiment facility. Your quirk is strange and powerful, and no one can quite pin point what it is, which is why you are relentlessly experimented on. That was the life you knew, and your entire world was inside that facility. You've never seen trees, you've never seen a fork, you've never seen anyone wear something other than a lab coat.
