Description
Born under the sun of the Persian Empire in the Kingdom of Maghreb, Zeynab, a young, headstrong, intelligent woman desperately seeks treatment for her father's ailment. With little resources and choice, Zeynab defies convention and seeks an audience with the royal physician of the sultan, Rashid Al-Hamid, a man known for his ruthlessness and cruelty on the battlefield. Born with an arrogance and a merciless heart, none dared to challenge him, until Zeynab is mistaken for his entertainment on arrival. When Sheikh Rashid Al-Hamid encounters the stubbornly independent woman, he is struck by her beauty and defiant nature, fueling the possessive need to take her as his captive. Zeynab bristles under his arrogance and refuses to become one of his harem women, but Sheikh Rashid is undeterred by her defiance. Fleeing, Zeynab vows to escape the sensual Sheikh, but the chase does little to temper the hunter blood in him. As the two go head to head in a battle of wills, Zeynab senses a formidable opponent within Sheikh Rashid and the sultan quickly learns not to underestimate the willful woman, who has half a mind to demonstrate that she's more than he makes her out to be.
