Prologue

Before I begin I want to explain some things. I do not promote Eating Disorders, but in the end I cannot stop them either. Nobody can save another person, you must love them and hope like hell that they save themselves. None of the stories in this book are my own, but the message and mindsets are real and explain better than any definition. People don't understand what it's like to be inside of the mind of someone with an eating disorder, so here I am trying to explain through story. Trying to explain what it's like within their twisted minds by using their own words.

Some people get better.
Some people die.
Some people mearly survive.
But in the end, the disorder always remains in the minds of those it impacted.
