Why do i procrastinate?

So I never seem to write my fanfic ideas, and I need a place to vent and all that so here is my book of random thoughts, conversations, and plots for any story or oneshot I may write. If you don't wanna know the whole plot to a oneshot or story I may write I'll put a warning in the name and beginning of the chapter.
