What would you do if you found out one of your students was one of the hottest, eligible bachelors in the world? That is what happened to Sophia Parker. Billionaire/Hotel Mogul Griffin Kelley discovers he needs to go back to University for additional credits in order to graduate. He is furious at this discovery because he supposedly graduated 8 years ago. There were no Summer classes available, so he has to wait until September. So, he takes his frustration out on Sophia while on a night on the town with his boys. Once the school year starts in September, he notices that Sophia will be his professor. He has little regard for her as a professor, so he chose to be disruptive - taking business calls, talking to girls on the phone, and he even tries to bribe Sophia for a good grade. Sophia is not intimidated by him and puts him in his place. After a few months, he finally realizes that he needs to take Sophia's class seriously. And, suddenly he found himself attracted to her.
