Lexi is an average girl who has been through a lot in her life. While reminiscing in her past, she remembers her grandmother passing away from an incurable disease. With everything else going wrong, Lexi ends up finding out she has this same disease. Feeling like she has nowhere to turn to, she ends up finding help from the most unexpected person. He gives her the hope she needed to be able to fight for hope, life, love, and a chance.
