This is Jade's character guide on Hetalia OCs personifying Mexico, the Mexican states, and Mexico City. For more information, read the intro at the beginning of the book. A/N: This book is written by an English-speaking gringo, therefore the contents within this book are written in English. I've done research on Mexico in order for these OCs to accurately represent their respective region in the hopes it doesn't offend anyone. If by chance there is a mistake or a disagreement regarding these OCs, I'll address such issues as soon as possible. Overall, this book isn't intended to offend anyone.
