In which Lilith, a young girl who lived with her parents until they attempted to overthrow the King of Enchancia when he was at his most vulnerable, finds herself abandoned when their plans fail. With her parents sentenced to life-long imprisonment, the King, seeing potential in Lilith's powers, places her under the care of Cedric the Sorcerer. Hoping that Cedric can help her control her powers, the King also wants to ensure that Lilith doesn't follow the same dark path her parents did. But with Cedric's own insecurities and tendency for failure, the situation grows more complicated than anyone expected.
