After five long years of happiness and growing tension, Lucy and Gray's relationship takes a sinister turn, as Gray takes the initiative to cut ties with the heartbroken girl. A non-linear story, reciting the narrative of Lucy and Gray- and how and why their relationship was brought to an end. Lucy retells the events in reverse, from the end of their relationship to the beginning while Gray tells it in chronological order- from the beginning to the end.
