Except for the fact that it's not live television, but rather their actual lives.

Chris McLean has built his own high school, named suitably after Camp Wawanakwa back from Season One, and has sent special invitation letters to the contestants from the show. Delve into the daily lives of the teens from Total Drama as they experience their senior year in Wawanakwa High.

(Disclaimer: I do not own any part of the Total Drama franchise. And for the sake of fitting most of the characters into one timeline, they're all gonna be around the same age, even though the originals should probably be around 19-20.)
