Scarlett Lapeer is just 16 years old when she met Vic Fuentes (22) at a party. It was love at first sight. But, she's moving away, far away, for college. She has no choice but to leave Vic behind in California. But for her college graduation, she decides to buy herself Warped Tour tickets.
