When her business partner quits, Andy falls into the role of the head of the Land Surveying department at a large corporate firm - this means she has 10 field crews directly reporting to her. 30-year old Andy has to leave the comfort of her office, slide off those high-heels and join the crews in the asphalt trenches of Southern California. It's up to her to order, inspire and wrangle the crews into a successful department before her boss pulls the plug on the whole thing.
