Paris is 18 years old living in nothing but fear. Her mother died in a shootout when she was 14 and her life shot straight through hell ever since. Her dad? Well, when he came home from the army after Christy, Paris' mother, passed he wasn't mentally well. Not only was he mentally sick from fighting overseas, he had added stress from dealing with the death of his wife. Knowing he didn't treat her as well as he could have. He became an alcoholic and started being abusive. Paris has no family and is stuck in her hell-like home until one day she meets Jamal.
