My Rival, My Doctor

Celeste was born as a Time Lord and risen as a Natural Time Lord. She was there at Gallifrey's fall, watching from a distance. Celeste wasn't the only one. Another cliff away, the Doctor, her rival, stands at the foot of what he caused. Scared and relieved, she flees to space, but it's only a matter of time someone discovers about the one last Natural Time Lady
