The Dmitriev mansion has been abandoned since September 15th, 1995. That night the entire Dmitriev family was said to be slaughtered by the Russian mafia. Since no evidence was found, the case and the Dmitriev family were soon forgotten.

Twenty-five years later, Malcolm Stonehill decides it's time to buy the property and sends his personal assistant, Mila Sánchez to scope out the area. Not only does he send her to a creepy abandoned mansion, he sends her right into the arms of death himself.
