Prologue

An old headmaster, with a twinkle in his eye, assigns a young magic student to accompany a weary wizard. The journey is simple at first; for Ellyn to learn more about the world, and for her to become his friend, much to Simon's chagrin. But the plan has gone awry, and now the fate of Sangala lies in their hands.
