Prologue

5 years ago, Max had found her mate Brandon. She knew of his reputation as a player and a bad boy and he knew of her outgoing, bubbly personality. Even though, they were different, they fitted each other like a lock and a key.

But, one day that all changed, at a friend's party she'd wanted to hang out with her mate but finding them in the same bed that you used the night before wasn't the best thing. So a fresh start was good. Well at least until Brandon showed up.
