[Chapter 1] The Box

Sometimes you'll come across a beautiful sight in the night sky, a shooting star: and sometimes you'll wish upon one. And sometimes, every so often that star will actually be a blue police box. And sometimes, every so often, very rarely, if you're very lucky, the madman in the box hears you. Estelle Atkins is a 16 year old girl diagnosed with cancer. She has a high chance of death, and a low chance of survival. Estelle wishes upon the stars that she could be part of that very small percentage, and one night they hear her.
