Prologue

I had a dream about this so we're all kind of in the dark about this and I'm winging just about everything except the name and ages. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the story.

As far as I know right now, her names Riley (Phoenix) Blake. She's from a small gang in Ormond and joined said gang after she ran away from the HFTY and found it at 17. They raised her but seeing them grow worse and worse, she became a leader the group needed at 20.
