No one got away with murder in Dale Thickenson's town, without any justification of taking the life away himself, that is. With the recent unexpected death of Avery Nolan, in the most peculiar way possible, no one in the small town of Landingston, can crack the case.

When a new, unexpected yet welcoming new-comer-for the most part, joins the small town, by the name of Elizabeth Rybeck, doesn't go unnoticed or untouched by Dale.

A new pack comes in close to Dale's territory, making his high-guard even more high. Between protecting his town, and soon enough Elizabeth, for some unknown reason, he takes each problem head on one by one.
