Jack Fell Down

This is in no way close to being done, and it's just a little idea of a book that I had. If you like the excerpt, then tell me and maybe I'll right more. As of now the idea is that the old "Jack and Jill" story is modernized and holds a much darker story than our nursery rhymes. Jill is a silver tongued whore who wasn't meant for mafia life, and Jack is the leader of the biggest gang in Brooklyn, called "The House of Cards". Jill hates Jack for the things he's done, and Jack hates Jill because of the things she's done. Unfinished and only really a concept idea for now.
