It has been three years since Naruto left the village with Jiraiya. Business as usual in Konoha as it was three mundane years with a few exciting things here and there for Hikari, the ROOT Director. Time had done its toll on our Hikari as he was for the most part better. The Akatsuki had decided to move ahead with their plans and thus he had to move forward with his plans. Will he succeed? What hardship would he face? How much had he changed? How would this affect him as a person? Author's Note: This fanfic is the sequel of Hikari; The Forgotten Otsutsuki.
