Chapter 1

Allanah "Lana" Haughton has just inherited a child. She knows nothing other than she must be a great mother to little Alexander. She loves him with ever fiber of her being and nothing but death will part them.

But then a mysterious stranger enters the picture and demands the child back from Allanah. He identifies himself and non other than Darien Kiriakis, Alexander's uncle.

He makes a deal with Lana. If she wishes to stay in Alex's life; she will consent to be his mistress.
