No one knows of the Southern Water Tribe. They dissapeared around the same time as the Airbenders and is known as only a legend.

Aang has already managed to free himself from his icy prison and went into hiding in order to stay alive as the Fire Nation continues to hunt them down.

But what about the others like Zuko, Toph, Sokka, and Katara?
