The year is 1975. Singer Elvis Presley finds himself having set backs stopping his new tour from happening. Sandra just moved from Kentucky to Memphis to work as a nurse as she always dreamt to like her mother had as well as her grandmother. Sandra is thrilled at this chance to be Elvis Presley's private nurse and confident. Sandra just is not willing to accept the high payment to keep Elvis's hidden drug addictions to herself.
