Chapter One: Biscuits

Technically Magic follows Alwynn Blaise, a wizard with depression. Technically he's head of the Magical Investigations Department of the Lysian City Guard, because he's the only wizard there.
Now he has to find some missing kids, and break a magical drug ring, and hopefully his technically illegal brand of magic won't kill him first.
