Alexia Lupin was a very special witch. She has healing tears, she has two fathers, Remus Lupin and Sirius Black, who had Lilly Potter-Evans as a surrogate for their daughter. She is also a werewolf, as they used Remus's genes and she also is a Metamorphmagus.
