After what was known as the Civil War, between Tony Stark and Captian Steve Rogers, S.H.I.E.L.D. and Stark were on the hunt for new superbeings. Superbeings to help replace the Avengers they lost, due to their now criminal status, and to help bring them in. A young Psychic Electrokintor, Phoebe Rose, was found by S.H.I.E.L.D. and hired to find Natasha Romanoff, Wanda Maximoff, Sam Wilson, and Captain Steve Rogers, joining the team just in time for the Infinity War.
