Spn fanfic... Cas is a Female nurse living with her husband Dean who takes care of his little Sister Sam who is still on highschool since his parents died when Dean was 18 and Sam 9. One day her parents call telling her they're sending her little brother Gabriel so they can work out their 'differences'. Gabriel cant help his infant crush on Sam and her the same but where will there love story take them as Sam tries to hide her Illness to Gabriel finding out then making it his mission to make Sam happy. Also explores alot of Dean and Cas as Cas is now pregnant.... Sam wants to leave a legacy, she doesnt want to be a paper in the wind... maybe Gabriel will be her legacy.....
