Trevor Steele is a realtor tasked to sell the Old Henderson House. Tricky thing is, everyone in the town of Whispering Pines believes it's haunted. Luckily for Trevor, he doesn't believe in the supernatural.

His beliefs are quickly put to the test when he enters the run down house. Trapped in a cycle of never ending torment, room after room and after door, Trevor's worst nightmares are brought to life.
