A seven-year war against Madara ends in tragedy, leaving Naruto as the sole survivor. He returns to the past to change things under his new persona of Kioshi-Uzumaki Hisato, an enigma and a force to be reckoned with. But the past he returned to may not be as similar to his own as he expected, and this new future threatens to upheave everything Hisato has ever known and puts Konoha at risk once more.
