One autumn day, during a break from school Hazel meets Evan Michaels, supposedly the one who sent her the necklace. She was hesitant at first, but slowly, the two became close friends. Years later, Evan revealed who he really was; Eros, the angel of love. He took her to his home, Alwood, a place where gods, angels, and demigods alike woke and live. There Hazel meets Evan's supposed 'fiancèe' Nyx, the goddess of Night. She also finds out who her parents and who she really is; Artemis, the long lost goddess of the moon and Evan's once betrothed. A war is to begin almost a year later, when Artemis's child, Selæna, is born. She is also Artemis's child from her betrothal centuries back. Selæna is the goddess of peace, thus the end to the upcoming war. A world of creation and destruction, love and hate, friends and enemies, blood and scars, war and peace is the world Hazel has been brought into, and the one she loves most thanks to Evan. *Fans of Percy Jackson, The Mortal Instruments, and Cupid's Match will enjoy this* (This is a rough draft so if you see grammatical errors or sentences that just don't flow or make sense, comment politely and I will fix it.
