Character Break Down

In the town of Middle River, three Mafias rule. The Brotherhood, The Lost Kings, and Scarlett Angels are said to be rivals. One evening at an annual ball the new bosses of Scarlett Angels make an appearance after five years of hiding away. The night of the ball allows blooming relationships between the said "rivals". Alas, these relationships will be tested as the past of Scarlett Angels comes back to haunt them. Will these relationships weaken and shatter or will the grow and strengthen?
