It was the Medieval times; were magic was practice openly and even praised even by those who was willing to watch. On some parts of the world magic was divided and band but not in a very special kingdom; The Celestial Kingdom. There magic was at its peak; it proved to be a safe haven for anyone with supernatural abilities or was willing to practice; selling ancient artifact weather it' is legal or not, Practicing magic freely, and even Royal contest were commoners can show their skills. It was one of the most sought out kingdoms of all the lands, fear of its power and respected by kingdoms all around. Unfortunately, that not where the story begins; It's 2015, no magic, flying dragons, and there are no magical potions that heals all ailments.
