Breaking Point: Love, Loss, Sacrifice (finished) circa 2003

Now for the penultimate layer of me, Amy Jacobs. I first saw her in Saliva's "Your Disease" and from then on, I obsessed on her face. Her body I had down pat but her face more important to me. Amy has been with me long than I ever realized. When I was little, I had an imaginary friend that I think was a spirit, guess what the name was? Yep, Amy. I didn't have a last name for her until way later. She has been a part of my writing for 18 years, that's including Jess B as well.

I struggled from time to time to keep her face in focus and over the years, different women would show signs of looking like Amy. Though, none ever fully matched except for Erica but that didn't work out. So, I kept on writing and churning out random creations. Amy is my touchstone with my work and I cherish her deeply. There is one major regret I have with her. When I wrote her into my first story, Breaking Point: Love, Loss, Sacrifice, I had her raped. Sorry for the mild spoiler btw. I regret it because at 14-15, I couldn't stand having her face burned into my head daily & didn't know how to cope. So as punishment, I wrote that scene up. I frown on my younger self for that and as much as I wanna take it out, it's important to learn from your mistakes. Also, I'm going to be revamping it in the future fyi.

I've rambled on enough now. Without further ado, I present my muse & first true love, Amy Jacobs.

Side note: The Mercy cover by Peter Xiao is the closest face that matches Amy's. Only difference that her hair is brunette and layered bobbi cut. Afterbreath will be added upon it's full completion, in case you were wondering. For now, it will remain it's own entity.
