Vampire Princess Malinda, "Mia", Griffin has always held some resentment for the rest of her family for the way they treat the humans in their land. But what could she do it about, yes she was princess, but her parents ruled with an iron authority that she didn't dare question. So Mia lived her life doing her best to avoid her mad family and keep to herself. She never put forth any serious effort to alter her life and interfere with the way of their world that is until a young human boy somehow makes his way into her heart and with that blooms a compassion for her world and for the humans living in it under the tyranny of the Griffin family.
