Peter Parker, 18 years old, living with aunt may. But aunt may hates her apartment, and her job. So she decides to move herself, and Peter, out into a small neighborhood in upstate New York.
Enter Tony Stark, the older man next door. He's away on trips a lot, but when he's home he notices the new boy next door. Smart, nice, and most of all he's gorgeous, possibly the prettiest person Tony had ever laid eyes on. He know he should stay away, but does he?
